Directions

  1. Add ground meat, tomatoes and egg into large bowl
  2. Combine ingredients until well mixed
  3. Add remaining ingredients
  4. Warm up cast iron pan
  5. Add butter to pan
  6. Shape your mixture into the balls and place into hot pan
  7. Rotate the meatballs until browned on most sides.
  8. Place on plate and let cool for 2-3 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1lb ground venison ( or your choice of optional ground meat)
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package of your favorite dried stuffing mix
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (pepper jack if you want more kick)
  • 1 squirt of ketchup (optional)
  • 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder ( or measure with your heart as well)
  • Salt and pepper
