Directions
- Add ground meat, tomatoes and egg into large bowl
- Combine ingredients until well mixed
- Add remaining ingredients
- Warm up cast iron pan
- Add butter to pan
- Shape your mixture into the balls and place into hot pan
- Rotate the meatballs until browned on most sides.
- Place on plate and let cool for 2-3 minutes
Ingredients
- 1lb ground venison ( or your choice of optional ground meat)
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 package of your favorite dried stuffing mix
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (pepper jack if you want more kick)
- 1 squirt of ketchup (optional)
- 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder ( or measure with your heart as well)
- Salt and pepper
