Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375
- Brown hamburger in cast iron pan
- Salt and pepper
- Add frozen peas and carrots once hamburger is brown.
- Add can of cream of mushroom soup
- Add 1 tsp of garlic powder & onion powder
- Stir together
- Top with frozen tater tots
- Put pan in oven for 30 minutes
- Shut off oven
- Take out pan and top with shredded cheese
- Put back in warm oven to melt ( roughly 5 minutes )
- Take out and rest for 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger (I use Venison Hamburger in mine)
- 1 10oz can of cream of mushroom soup
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 – 12oz bag of frozen peas and carrots
- Optional 1 cup of frozen veggies instead of a whole bag
- Shredded cheese (measured with your heart)
