Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375
  2. Brown hamburger in cast iron pan
  3. Salt and pepper
  4. Add frozen peas and carrots once hamburger is brown.
  5. Add can of cream of mushroom soup
  6. Add 1 tsp of garlic powder & onion powder
  7. Stir together
  8. Top with frozen tater tots
  9. Put pan in oven for 30 minutes
  10. Shut off oven
  11. Take out pan and top with shredded cheese
  12. Put back in warm oven to melt ( roughly 5 minutes )
  13. Take out and rest for 15 minutes.
Tator Tot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger (I use Venison Hamburger in mine)
  • 1 10oz can of cream of mushroom soup
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1  – 12oz bag of frozen peas and carrots
    • Optional 1 cup of frozen veggies instead of a whole bag
  • Shredded cheese (measured with your heart)
